Long story here: Christy and James were friends at Oakridge. Apparently they hooked up once. She worked at Uinta Academy with me, and now we all hang out. Don't worry, she is married and has a kid on the way.

James was still giddy a couple of days later.In other news, the townhouse is underway to be sold. It was suppose to sell back in August, but silly taxes weren't filed correctly. It should sell anytime this month. James and I moved into the apartment complex he works at. It's very nice to have discounted rent and to see him more often. James is in his last year of school, thank goodness! And, I'm in the process of applying to grad school. I'm very nervous about this! What if I don't even get into my backup schools?! Stay tuned!
Wow...a post! Go girl! And the picture most definitely does not scream hick--never even would have thought it--did he have the jersey tucked in with a braided belt and brown loafers? Didn't think so...and wow for the hat--that gives new meaning to "re-fashion"--to unstitch the logo and then re-paint one! Good job James! (I guess it shouldn't surprise me when I realize how handy he is with a sewing machine!) As for the hook-up friend--you do remember that I am very good friends with Shelley Cannon, right? And I hooked up with her husband way more than once :)
ReplyDeletehello! i hope you do get into the schools you applied! ---at least the upenn one. i live near it and it's a nice area. seriously. it kinda reminds me of old town pasadena---just with more older buildings mixed in it. anyway, i'll be calling you soon after my crazy exam crazyness winds down.
