Ski the Beav

Whose that perv? It's surprising that the phrase "ski the beav" exists in Utah considering that there is the "mind in the gutter" concept, but than where else can you find breast cancer awareness stickers that mention the statement above. James loves to implement his ideas and I let him.

Just practicing with my new camera.

Jon is awesome! He has great connections at Al's Sporting Goods. Free ski rentals and pass.

My poor curtains! Sorry Mom!

She is kinda scary when she's focused on something. To bad this was with the red-eye reduction.

Showin' the "goods" off. She pretends to look cute and innocent, but it's all a trap. She hidin' her claws and wants to play with your hands.

X-Mas all over again!

I stole a couple pictures from my sister's blog. Thanks Shannon! How stinkin' adorable!

It was all Kate's idea.

Christmas day at my parents

First: I love you mom! Second: I miss her fabulous piano/organ skills!

My hair straightner broke while in Santa Barbara. This came in the mail on Tuesday!

And...this came in the mail Wednesday right before picking James up from class. I even waited until I got back to the apartment to open it! I originally bought the kit from Sam's club but after waiting in line to find out they were sold out, I found a better deal online. Gotta love the World Wide Web!

With the extra money I saved I bought this camera bag and the one below. A unisex messenger bag and a Parisian vintage purse. About a half hour later I got another knock on the door with these items.

Somewhere for the Holidays

This is going to be our last winter in Logan and might I say how it's going out with a bang. This was the temperature Thanksgiving morning while driving to Tremonton (now remember to pronounce it "Tre-mon-on" - it's the Utahan way)

I had to work Thanksgiving evening so we celebrated Saturday with all of James's family. We reserved the cultural hall in David and Becky's church. Laurie did a great job on the decorations.

James's family is really into games. Here is James trying to get an Oreo into his mouth without using his hands.

It was documented that I was forced to do this game as well, but where that picture went no one knows, lol. Worms in pudding and no hands - you get the point.

Our quasi-child is still curious. James gets tempted every time to close and run the dishwasher.

I dislike the "ring shot" but it was the better looking picture. James's work had a party at one of Snowbird's resorts.

The remains of the Provo Tabernacle.

Sadly, I don't have any pictures of Christmas Eve or day, but I do have pictures from Santa Barbara. I have this odd fascination of taking picture of birds when I'm near or on an ocean.

If you've ever been on a vacation with my parents than you know you're not sitting around relaxing. My dad took us to see the city hall and this picture was taken on top of the tower. It makes me miss the landscape, culture, and blue skies of California.

I miss these mountains(hills).

If you were a fourth grader in California than you learned about the Missions. This happens to be Santa Barbara's Mission.

Where's the kitty? We have a king size bed and where does she always insist on laying? On the clean clothes.
