Somewhere for the Holidays

This is going to be our last winter in Logan and might I say how it's going out with a bang. This was the temperature Thanksgiving morning while driving to Tremonton (now remember to pronounce it "Tre-mon-on" - it's the Utahan way)

I had to work Thanksgiving evening so we celebrated Saturday with all of James's family. We reserved the cultural hall in David and Becky's church. Laurie did a great job on the decorations.

James's family is really into games. Here is James trying to get an Oreo into his mouth without using his hands.

It was documented that I was forced to do this game as well, but where that picture went no one knows, lol. Worms in pudding and no hands - you get the point.

Our quasi-child is still curious. James gets tempted every time to close and run the dishwasher.

I dislike the "ring shot" but it was the better looking picture. James's work had a party at one of Snowbird's resorts.

The remains of the Provo Tabernacle.

Sadly, I don't have any pictures of Christmas Eve or day, but I do have pictures from Santa Barbara. I have this odd fascination of taking picture of birds when I'm near or on an ocean.

If you've ever been on a vacation with my parents than you know you're not sitting around relaxing. My dad took us to see the city hall and this picture was taken on top of the tower. It makes me miss the landscape, culture, and blue skies of California.

I miss these mountains(hills).

If you were a fourth grader in California than you learned about the Missions. This happens to be Santa Barbara's Mission.

Where's the kitty? We have a king size bed and where does she always insist on laying? On the clean clothes.
