Life as we know it...

...is about to dramatically change. James Michael Waite will wear this gown, much to his dismay, on May 7, 2011. I say this due to his mother-on-law, who (I love for it) pulled the "cancer card" and told him he has to "walk".

In a little town...

...where these "men of steel" like to play
.
...and a much better conference is held

...is where we'll be living for the next two years. James' family is treating it like an LDS mission while my family is planning its next vacation spot.

Can I be jealous of cancer-hair? I wish I had wave in my hair. My mom briefly came to visit. Doesn't she look happy to be out of the that darn 80 degree weather?

Smoothie-holic?

I laugh every time I look at this picture. I love my quasi-child.

  1. I'm still so excited that you are moving here. Do you know when you are planning the move? We are going to be leaving mid May :( Let me know if you have any more questions about anything :). Oh, funny story. So last week I had a friend over, and while our kids played she said that she had a friend who was moving out here, and I was like "oh I have one too!" Turns out, we have the same friends :) Liz Stevenson, she is friends with James. I'm not going to lie. I'm jealous that you are going to get Liz. She is the best.

  2. Ha HA! Do you know that "demise" means death? I laughed when I read that because I'm sure you meant to use another word...I just couldn't think of what it is! Anyway, after I laughed...I thought congrats to both you and James!
